Jeepspeed was created to offer Jeep enthusiasts affordable racing, rallying and adventure. You can have fun racing durable, affordable Jeeps and you don't have to spend a million bucks.

For 15 years Jeepspeed has delivered the best entry level racing on dirt. Jeepspeed rules are carefully written to create fierce competition while keeping race costs to a minimum.  We made class modifications in 2015 and introduced a new race series to attract new drivers and more recent models.

Jeepspeed is not a spec class (you don't have to buy a vehicle built by a company for that class). You build your own Jeep race truck that fits your budget and skill level. Any model Jeep may be used as long as it fits into the few simple rules.

  • Silver State 300 Tests Jeepspeed Racers New And Old
    Sunday, 06 May 2018

    Alamo, NV

The General Tire Jeepspeed series presented by KMC Wheels is attracting a bevy of new racers to their series. Their class structure allows a wide range of race vehicles to compete, and the competition is fierce. At the Best In The Desert series Silver State 300 race outside Alamo, Nevada, both new and old Jeepspeed racers had their resolve tested. The course contained everything nature can dish out. There was deep silt, rocks, and ruts over much of the 300 miles. Racers had to traverse wide open valleys, tight, twisty mountain trails, and deep water stream crossings. Just surviving the course was difficult, the competition made it even tougher. Those who came out on top gave credit to a sound strategy, and a little luck.

  • Record Jeepspeed Entries At 50th Anniversary Mint 400
    Sunday, 18 March 2018

    Las Vegas, NV

The Mint 400 in Las Vegas, Nevada threw out a challenge to offroad racers, and Jeepspeed answered the call. Trucks in all three General Tire Jeepspeed series classes showed up in numbers to battle the brutal course and see who was fastest. 29 Jeepspeed racers in three classes chose to take on the Mint 400. 10 Jeepspeed Challenge Production Class 1700’s, 8 Jeepspeed Cup Modified Class 2700’s and 11 Jeepspeed Outlaws Unlimited Class 3700 trucks. The competition is clearly intensifying and the quality of the many new builds is raising the bar.

It might be the urgency created by the lure of a prestigious win, or the pile of rocks and dirt that makes up the course, but attrition at the Mint is always high. Who

    Sunday, 18 February 2018

    Parker, AZ

The General Tire Jeepspeed series presented by KMC Wheels kicked off their 2018 season with a demanding test for racers at the Best In The Desert series Parker 425 in Parker, Arizona. The race was brought to you by Jasper Racing Engines. It seemed like only yesterday that they were crowning the 2017 champions at the year-end awards dinner. Actually, Class 1700 Jeepspeed Challenge Champion Rob Suebert, Class 2700 Jeepspeed Cup Champion Wayne Guidinger, and Class 3700 Jeepspeed Outlaws Champion Billy Bunch were up on stage receiving their awards, with their fellow competitors only a few weeks ago. They have barely had enough time to put the trophies away, unload their prizes, and cash the checks.
